The information on this site is less comprehensive. We used to update both all of the time but the law is changing so fast, that we have decided to just use one site for one to keep updated to save duplication of web updating work.

As Specialist and expert Family Lawyers and Mediators we act only in Family Law and defacto matters.  We have collectively had many years of experience in Family Law and each of us is committed to the "Positive Approach" of Journey Family Lawyers.  We are Family Lawyers by choice.  Although we have all had experience in other areas of law, we each made the decision early in our careers to dedicate our expertise to Family Law.

We know you may not want us to start anything such as letters to your partner just yet.  Feel free to come and see us just for advice and be assured that we will leave it at that until you advise us further.  So that we do not have to send out any accounts, please be prepared to pay at the end of your visit.
